Belonging Circle | Summer Edition
Saturday, July 18th 2026
A moment to return to yourself.
A therapeutic space for internationals to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find connection, support, and a sense of belonging.
Why I created the Belonging Circle
After facilitating Open Circles in Athens, I realised that many of us need more than connection—we need a safe space where we can slow down, explore what is happening inside of us, and share it with others.
As someone who has lived across cultures myself, I have seen how identity, migration, and belonging shape our emotional wellbeing. We often believe we are alone in what we feel, yet we discover that many of our inner experiences are shared, even across very different backgrounds.
That is why I created the Belonging Circle.
What to expect
This is a 2-hour therapeutic group facilitated by an Integrative Therapist and Cultural Psychologist.
Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore themes such as:
✨ Identity & belonging
✨ Perfectionism & pressure to perform
✨ Burnout & the need to slow down
✨ Loneliness & disconnection
✨ Fitting in while staying authentic
✨ Finding balance and inner harmony
To create a space where everyone feels safe to share, the group is intentionally limited to 6 participants.
What you'll leave with
