Got any questions?
I'm here to answer them.
What is therapy, and how can it help me?
Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns in a safe, non-judgmental space. It can help you understand yourself better, heal from past experiences, manage emotional struggles, and create meaningful changes in your life. Whether you're facing anxiety, cultural adjustment, relationship issues, or just feeling stuck—therapy can support your growth.
What makes your approach different?
As a Cultural Psychologist, I bring culturally awareness to therapy. This means I honor your background, values, and identity, and I understand how moving between cultures or living abroad can affect your mental health. I don’t believe in the one-size-fits-all approach —instead, we find what works best for you and your unique story.
Do I have to be going through a crisis to start therapy?
Not at all. Many people come to therapy simply because they want to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, or build a more aligned life. You don’t need to “justify” your struggles—your feelings are valid, and therapy is a space for all parts of your experience.
What issues do you work with?
I support clients with a range of topics, including:
- Anxiety, stress & burnout
- Identity exploration & cultural belonging
- Life transitions & relocation challenges
- Relationship dynamics
- Self-worth & self-confidence
- Emotional regulation & nervous system work
- Inner child healing and trauma processing
I’m an international living abroad. Will therapy make sense for me?
Yes! In fact, that’s my specialty. I work primarily with expats, third culture individuals, and those navigating cross-cultural lives. I know how disorienting it can be to feel like you belong everywhere and nowhere at once. Therapy with me will honor that complexity—and give you tools to feel grounded.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals. Some people feel better after a few sessions, others prefer longer-term work. We’ll revisit your needs along the way to make sure you’re getting the support you need.
What languages do you work in?
Currently, I offer therapy sessions in English, Romanian and French.
What are your fees?
Individual therapy is €50 / session (50 minutes).
For students, I offer a reduced rate of €40 / session (50 minutes).
I also offer discounted bundles for those looking for consistent support—visit the Packages page for details.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are currently held online via a secure video platform. This gives you the flexibility to join from wherever you feel comfortable.
How do I book a session?
You can book your first session or schedule a free discovery call here. If you’re not sure where to start, I’m happy to answer your questions and help you decide if working with me is good fit for you.
What if I’ve never done therapy before?
That’s completely okay! I’ll guide you through the process gently. The first session is about getting to know each other, understanding what’s bringing you in, and setting the pace that feels right for you.
